Job Title: Marketing Specialist – El Paso, TX

Job Duties: Review sales, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goals achievement and to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct administrative activities directly related to providing cycling tours and sporting event services. Develop and implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics and preferences to identify factors affecting product demand. Set prices based on forecasts of customer demand. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

Requirements: Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related, and two years of work experience in marketing. Some work experience required with 1) Adobe Illustrator; 2) Excel; 3) PowerPoint; and 4) Microsoft office.
